Fresh Mums® Size Guide

Fresh Mums® garments are designed to fit pre-pregnancy sizes. Therefore if you were a size 12 before you became pregnant then you should select a size 12 in Fresh Mums®.

ORDERING INFORMATION

What's the best way to place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is right here on our website. Browse our online store any time of day or night and add the items you'd like to order to your shopping basket. When you're done, click Checkout to check your order and provide the necessary payment and delivery details.

If you'd prefer to phone, you can reach our customer service team between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm Saturday. The number is +44 (0) 1635 821055.

How do I pay for my order?

When you place your order online, you will be asked for your credit or debit card details so that you can pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Electron cards. We do not charge your card until we are ready to ship your goods. If you would prefer to post us an order form, you have the option of paying by cheque as well as debit or credit card. We allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before despatching your order.

Which payment cards to you accept?

We accept most common credit and debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We do not accept American Express.

Please note we only accept payments in UK pounds sterling.

Can I pay for my order by cheque?

If you would like to pay for your order by cheque, you will need to post your order. To make it easier, please use the order form we provide for download here. Please make your cheque payable to "Precious Bundle Trading Limited" and write your postcode on the reverse of the cheque. Cheque orders are held for five days before despatch to allow the cheque to clear.

Do prices include Value Added Tax?

All prices shown on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the appropriate rate. VAT is charged on all UK and European Union (EU) orders. VAT is deducted from Channel Island orders, and orders from outside the EU. This deduction will take place when the order reaches our system and may not be shown on your order confirmation.

If ordering from outside the EU, it is possible that your order may be liable to local import duty or other charges.

If ordering from abroad, will I have to pay import duty?

If you are ordering from outside the European Union (EU), it is possible that your order may be liable to local import duties and taxes. These vary from place to place and we recommend that you research these prior to placing an order as we cannot be liable or advise you on these charges.

Do you have my item in stock?

We typically hold 98% our range in stock at any one time. If you click through to the product detail page of any item in our store, you will see whether the item is in stock at the time of ordering.

What happens if something on my order is out of stock?

Normally we maintain at least 98% stock availability but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking items. If any items on your order are due within a week we will hold the order and send it all together unless you specifically request otherwise. If the delay is more than a week we will contact you and discuss the options for getting your order to you.

At all times, we will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order. To allow us to do this efficiently, please take a moment to create an account when you make your purchase.

What do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery charge is based on the weight or combined weight of your items. We have found that some of our items cost less to post than a standard charge. Therefore we feel this is fairer. We will deliver by Royal Mail or courier service, depending on the size and value of your order.

Our maximum delivery charge to mainland UK up to 10kg is £9.50 for parcels over this weight please contact us info@preciousbundle.com

Highlands and non-mainland UK

If at all possible, we will send your parcel by Royal Mail and only charge our standard delivery rate. However, if your parcel is too large for Royal Mail and you live in the Highlands or offshore, your delivery may incur additional charges. In these cases, we will inform you of any additional charges before despatching your order.

Express next day delivery

We offer a Next Day Delivery service to mainland UK addresses. The cost for this service is detailed in your shopping basket. Parcels under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive the next day before 1pm. Courier will send parcels that are over 2kg and although the majority of parcels are delivered within 24 hours, we are unable to guarantee this. Please note that orders for next working day delivery must be placed before noon. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday before 1pm.

International orders

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We can deliver to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. We will aim to find the most appropriate and economical means of despatch for your order. Please contact us for a quotation on +44 (0) 1635 821055 or email info@preciousbundle.com

When will I receive my order?

We hold stock of most items and aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Your parcel should normally arrive within 2-3 working days depending on the despatch method used. If your order is very urgent, please specify this at checkout or call our customer service team on +44 (0) 1635 821055.

What happens if I am not at home when you deliver?

We will happily deliver to your work address if you are not at home during the day. Sometimes your order will require a signature on delivery, depending on the value and despatch method used. If you are not going to be at home please provide us with an alternative address where possible. Alternatively the postman will leave a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery.

SECURITY INFORMATION

Is your website secure?

We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. All credit transactions occur in a secure area of our site, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected so you can buy online with confidence.

Is my financial information secure?

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard, in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. We do not keep details of your credit/debit card details.

Will my transaction be secure?

When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear on the lower status bar of your browser to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process. (If you do not see the lock in Internet Explorer, click View/Status Bar.)

Will you sell my telephone number or email address?

We will never pass your telephone number or email address to a third party for marketing purposes.

If you are worried about the number of unsolicited mailings or telephone calls that you receive, you can register with the Mailing Preference Service or Telephone Preference Service.

SALES AND RETURNS INFORMATION

What is your guarantee?

If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, returning goods is easy. Return your item in resalable condition with 14 days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item. Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods, as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items to us.

What should I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?

Don't panic! If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that all faulty or damaged items are returned to us. Please be aware we may need to return the item to the manufacturer before a refund is issued. Please refer to our site Terms and Conditions for a full explanation of our returns policy.

May I return something if I change my mind?

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items returned must be in a resalable condition, unworn/unused and in their original packaging with all their tags etc attached.
