How are orders delivered?

All orders to the UK mainland are despatched either by Royal Mail recorded delivery or for heavier items by a courier.

How much is delivery?

Cost of delivery is dependant upon the weight of the item or combined items. The cost of delivery will be shown once the item has been placed in the shopping basket. As you add items the basket will update and the delivery charge will be amended.

Order Cut-off Times

We aim to process all order within 24 hours. For next day delivery please place your orders before 2.00pm on weekdays. Orders placed after 2.00 pm on Friday will not be processed or despatched until the following Monday.

Next Day Delivery

We offer a next day delivery this is a next day/specific day service Monday-Friday by courier which will be delivered between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.

We require a signature for delivery, so please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working hours.

If no one is available to accept delivery we cannot accept liability. The courier will leave a "calling card" at the recipient address and it then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier company to re-arrange a suitable delivery time and date.

If you know your recipient is not at home during working hours, we do recommend that we deliver to a business address.

Northern Ireland/Scotland/Highlands/Isles of Scilly/Isle of Man

We regret that we cannot offer a next day delivery service to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man. (See delivery times on chart below)

Out of Area UK Post Codes

Please be aware that delivery to certain UK postcodes will take longer due to their remote locations. The following table details postcodes affected together with estimated delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations:

The Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands and Isle of Man are considered to be outside the UK and come under our International Deliveries section below.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you miss delivery via Royal Mail they will leave a card saying that you have missed a delivery, you can collect your order at the nearest Royal Mail depot by following the card instructions.

If you miss delivery via our courier you will be carded and you can arrange a re-delivery or collect your order at their nearest depot.

We will always inform you how your parcel will be sent once you have placed your order.

Saturday Delivery

We operate a Saturday delivery service for limited items to be despatched by Royal Mail. Please be aware that this service is not guaranteed.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?

Generally we do not advertise items for sale on our website if they are not in stock. However, during periods of seasonal demand or at times when we are running promotions we may still advertise items for sale. In this instance the items will be due for delivery to us within the next 5 working days and this will be clearly stated in our item description.

We do not put items on back order.

How can I track my order?

All our items are sent either by Royal Mail recorded delivery or by courier.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of ordering contact us and we will track and trace your delivery and resolve the situation.

Correct Address/Postcodes

We will deliver to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check first using the Post Office address finding service.

PO Boxes

We are unable to accept orders to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses.

Business/Hospital Addresses

Precious Bundle will deliver to the reception/post room/security areas at these addresses accepting a signature from a duly authorised representative at the business/hospital.

International Deliveries

Delivery on International orders can take up to 5 days and we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates when delivering abroad.

Maximum Weight

The maximum parcel weight for international delivery is 5kg gross. Should you wish to send items in excess of this limit, please contact us on +44 (0) 1635 821055 during working hours to discuss your requirements.

Customs Information and charges

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We reserve the right to decline any orders to countries that we have concerns relating to the safe delivery of your gift, or countries that are likely to impose restrictive duties.
