English law governs these Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a)	Where goods are not available;
(b)	Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c)	If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)	If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

A Contract between the customer and Precious Bundle Trading Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

PRICING

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.

Once the order has been dispatched please refer to our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

a)	in the event that the product has been used
b)	To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
c)	To any products that by their nature have a limited lifespan, such as flowers and fresh food

MAKING RETURNS

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please return your order back complete with covering letter detailing your reason for the return and enclosing a copy of the original invoice.

Please give us a much detail about the reason for the return, as this will help us improve our service in the future.

All returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. They must be in their original packaging with all the labels still attached.

Once we've received them back, we will arrange to give you a full refund of the amount paid either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour or item, whichever you prefer or as detailed in your letter.

Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued. You will be advised upon the return of the goods if this is the case.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Faulty Items

All items are checked before they leave our premises.

If once you have received your delivery you find an item to be faulty please contact info@preciousbundle.com immediately to explain the fault.

We ask that all faulty items be returned to us, so that we can investigate the fault in more detail. In some instances the item will need to be returned to the supplier.

Once the item has been returned we we'll give you a full refund of the amount initially paid or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, and Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (�) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Our Guarantee To You

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.

UK Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer & Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Precious Bundle Trading Limited nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Precious Bundle Trading Limited or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
